- Your name and your policy number and a phone number where you can be reached during business hours. If you have ready access to email, please supply your email address as wellWhen and where the loss occurred and if anyone was injured.
- What was the damage to your vessel.
- Where is your vessel located.
Losses can be reported to Heritage Marine Insurance by
- Calling us at 800-959-3047. We will be available to speak to you during East Coast business hours. At other times, please leave a clear message with a number where we can contact you.
- Emailing information to us at classics@heritagemarineinsurance.com
- Faxing us at 860-572-5919

CHUBB Policy Holders – policy numbers beginning in Y0:
All new losses can be reported directly to CHUBB Recreational Marine Insurance at any time through the loss reporting unit at 800-433-0385
GEICO (SYP) Policy Holders:
All new losses can be reported directly to Geico at any time by calling 1-877-970-2628.
Markel (MH) and New Hampshire (YM or AQ) Policy Holders:
Markel losses can be reported by calling 1-800-236-2637. New Hampshire losses can be reported by calling 1-877-479-9675.

New losses may be reported by phone by calling 800-527-397.

You call the companies, you will be given a claim number and contact information for you to follow up should you have a question. You are responsible for securing your vessel and protecting against further loss. Your policy provides coverage for these expenses.
